It's been a tidal wave of bad news for Tim Walz. It's no surprise, he was the worst Governor I've ever seen in action and had more acts of pure Socialism and authoritarianism than the next five worst governors combined. It might be smart to jettison Walz than try to defend him.
We mentioned his DUI arrest a few days ago. At the time, the worst we could say about it was that it was a harbinger of a life of bad decision making. Today, to no one's surprise, the wheels came off that story. Now we find out, thanks to a CNN reporter no less, that during Walz's 2006 congressional campaign this issue came up and they lied about it.
Tim Walz’s 2006 campaign falsely described details about his arrest for DWI in 1995 | CNN Politics
Here's the story for you to read if you like, but here's a few highlights.
“According to Walz’s campaign staff, Walz denies being drunk the night of the incident. Walz was hard of hearing, a result of his years as an artillery soldier in the Army National Guard, and had trouble hearing the trooper, according to Meredith Salsbery, communications director for the Walz campaign,” read the report in the New Ulm Journal, a local newspaper.
“He couldn’t understand what the trooper was telling him during the field sobriety test, and the trooper refused to speak up,” Salsbery said at the time.
‘The DUI charges were dropped for a reason,’ Salsbery added. “The judge would not have dismissed them if there were anything to them. Tim drove to the police station that night (after being stopped), and he drove home afterwards. I don’t think the trooper would have allowed that if he thought there was a problem.’”
His campaign manager told a similar story to another local paper.
However, none of that was true.
On the night of September 23, 1995, Walz, then a 31-year-old high school teacher, was pulled over by a Nebraska state trooper for speeding, having been clocked on radar as going 96 mph in a 55 mph zone. According to the police report, the state trooper detected a strong odor of alcohol on Walz’s breath and requested he take a field sobriety test.
Walz failed the test and was transported by a state trooper to a local hospital for a blood test showing he had a blood alcohol level of .128 – well above the state’s legal limit of 0.1 at the time.
And this week, Nebraska state police confirmed to CNN that Walz was taken by a state trooper to jail.
“Under NSP procedure, a person suspected of impaired driving is not allowed to continue driving,” Cody Thomas, a spokesman for the Nebraska State Patrol, told CNN. “In this case, the suspect was transported by the trooper and was lodged in Dawes County Jail.” Walz ended up taking a plea deal where the drunk driving charge was dropped for a reckless driving charge at a 1996 hearing. Walz also admitted to driving drunk. Why does any of this matter? Well, Walz's campaign staff was being directed to lie by Walz himself and he never admitted that this story wasn't true until 2018 when he finally admitted to driving drunk. I try to put things in perspective. This was his first time running for office and he's trying to convince voters to trust him and the first time he runs into some adversity, he lies to the voters of Minnesota. People are fair in the Midwest and they believe in second chances, but no, Tim Walz showed that he would rather lie than be up front about it. Once a liar gets away with a lie, they become emboldened and they tell bigger and bolder lies. This would be the case with Tim Walz.
This is why his stolen valor issue isn't going away despite Timmy trying to shame his detractors over questioning anyone who put the uniform on. Walz has no answers for the stolen valor because he's been caught on tape with all of it. Saying I misspoke twelve times doesn't cut it. A new clip came out today where an interviewer mistakenly said he served in Afghanistan (wonder where they got that idea) as they introduced him and he just nods yes and then the interview begins. Add that to all the other times he himself makes false statements or puts a false rank on his state website or the DNC website. There are too many instances to ignore. Finally, he bails on his unit just before they deploy and retires without telling the men. That caused another soldier, not scheduled to deploy, to have to go in his stead. Can you imagine if that soldier had gotten killed? As it was, not much would've been said about this whole incident until his unit returns and hears the lies being told. Nothing irks veterans more than stolen valor and Walz has brought all of this upon himself because he's a liar.
Walz also lied repeatedly about his relationship with a Muslim cleric. Once again, Walz is caught on tape talking about his great relationship with Imam Asad Zaman, after he came out publicly and claimed he had no relationship with him. Tim Walz is a natural liar. Imam Asad Zaman is a Hamas supporting, antisemitic, pro-Hitler zealot. He posts Hamas press releases on his Facebook page, shares links with antisemitic sites, supported the October 7th attacks in Israel and posted a link to the pro-Hitler film, The Greatest Story Never Told. Zaman appears to be a dangerous influence, but not in Walz's eyes,
"I am a teacher, so when I see a master teacher, I know it. Over the time we’ve spent together, one of the things I’ve had the privilege of is seeing the things in life through the eye of a master teacher, to try and get the understanding." - Tim Walz on tape in 2018 while speaking about Imam Asad Zaman.
Walz was also seen with Zaman in 2019 and 2020. Zaman gave the invocation at Walz's state of the state address. Hmm, no relationship, huh? It's more proof of Walz's radical beliefs. It's no surprise he'd be antisemitic, half the Democrat party is, but his fascination with China and supporting a pro-Hamas cleric is a massive security concern.
Here's an interesting tidbit from one of the students who went to China with Walz. Read this carefully.
“It was almost a daily revelation of how much he adores the communist regime,” the former student told Alpha News. Now, a former student who says he joined Walz on a 1995 trip to China is speaking to Alpha News about the experience. That student, Shad, asked that we not use his last name.
For several weeks, Walz and his group of students explored China together in the summer of 1995, Shad said. They saw Tiananmen Square, walked along the Great Wall of China, and traversed the country. However, the former student says he was struck by Walz’s adoration for China and its communist ideology.
“There was no doubt he was a true believer,” Shad said. “I’ve been trying to tell people this for 30 years. Nobody wanted to listen.
“At night, we’d go out, we’d walk the street fairs. We’d be buying souvenirs and Tim was always buying the little red book. He said he gave them as gifts … I saw him buy at least a dozen on the trip,” he said.
“It would be like in Germany and buying copies of Mein Kampf,” the then student told Alpha news.
“If there was any doubt about what I’m saying just look at the policies enacted by his administration like the country’s worst abortion law, anti-free speech, the riots,” Shad pointed out. “He’s a Maoist to the core and should not be underestimated.”
I don't underestimate him or his orthodoxy, but far too many people do. He's a liar to his core as well as a Maoist and an authoritarian. I posit that Walz was a mark of the CCP and he was used and perhaps even a willing participant in his being a pawn of the Chinese. It's classic tactics of the CCP to befriend an American, have ideological discussions with him, give him gifts, free trips and watch as they soften their stance on China and then bring more people who can be corrupted by the system of working marks. Shad's comments above prove that Walz was corrupted. What's scarier, he may have given up information on the National Guard and defense strategy and thought nothing of it. The little red book in China is Mao's book he carried around during the cultural revolution. It's communist doctrine and Tim Walz knows the book like the back of his hand. He's living it.
Dear Lord, please deliver us from Tim Tiananmen Walz and Kommie-la Harris. Don't ever let them rise to power and let their ideology die a quick death and end up in the dustbin of history where it belongs.
