A Lying Sack of Schiff

Published on 22 June 2023 at 22:45

There isn't a member of Congress that I despise more than Adam Schiff.  He is without a doubt the most morally corrupt politician in Washington.  Sure, many a politician has lied before, but Schiff's lies are of a more insidious nature than most.  He has taken his unworthy position, on the House Intelligence Committee, and used that position to foster the kind of lies that wreak havoc on our society.  It is the reason he was censured in the House this week.  It was only the third time in a four decades that a member was censured, and it was well-deserved yet wholly inadequate for someone as foul as Schiff.

Schiff has lied, distorted, mislead and falsely created a narrative that simply didn't exist.  He claimed he had seen and was in possession of information that proved Donald Trump colluded with Russia.  Yet, when asked for this information, he used his position on the Intelligence Committee to say he couldn't reveal it.  Everyday Americans, who are not political, might have heard that coming from a chairman of a House committee and believed it, yet not a shred of it was true.  John Durham's investigation proved that the entire collusion story was false, not only that, the evidence proves that Schiff knew it was false, almost from the beginning, but continued for years to propagate the lies.  He leaked information to the press that was untrue, went on talk shows and lied and the lapdogs in the media ate it up and splashed it all over the news everyday for years.  It was an all-out political campaign against Donald Trump based completely on lies that he knew were false.  Censure isn't good enough for a public servant like that.  Yet, he is now running for US Senate in California, which means he will most likely win in that wasteland of terrible failed socialist policies.

The exchange he had with John Durham on Capitol Hill this week should go down in history as one of the great rebukes of an idiot, but some of the biting remarks by Mr. Durham will be lost on most.  Schiff tried to discount Mr. Durham and pin him down by bringing up a phone call that was made to Donald Trump Jr. during the 2016 campaign, claiming to be from a foreign government and having dirt on Hillary Clinton.  Just my opinion here, that call, if it happened, was 99% a fake call made by a Democrat operative at Schiff's request.  If it's one thing I know about Democrats, when they claim their opponent is doing something, it is in fact what they are doing.  I digress.  Mr. Durham stated that people in Washington get calls all the time like that.  Here is the rest of the exchange;

Schiff - "Really? The son of a presidential candidate gets calls all the time from a foreign government offering dirt on their opponent. Is that what you're saying?"

Durham - "I don't think this is unique in your experience,"

Schiff - "So you have other instances of the Russian government offering dirt on a presidential candidate to the presidential candidate's son. Is that what you're saying?"

Durham then asked Schiff to repeat the question, and responded, "I'm saying that people can make phone calls making claims all the time. Of that, you may have experience."

What is so awesome about this response is that Durham took two opportunities to throw barbs back at Schiff by bringing up Schiff's own experiences with this very subject.  Schiff might have been too dim to realize he just got zinged, but I wasn't.  Back in 2017, a pair of Russian comedians, pretending to be members of the Ukrainian parliament, called Schiff to offer dirt on Donald Trump.  Schiff was all too glad to take the call and even started mentioning some of his committee's work on the Russian investigation and allegations against Trump to people he did not know.  He spoke to them for some time, letting them know that the Russians might be listening to the call and to not say anything they didn't want known over the phone.  He then said he would report this to the FBI.  After the call, his staff attempted to obtain the classified information mentioned on the call.  When it was revealed he had been pranked, he claimed to have known it all along.  Liar.

Schiff once again abused the privilege of his office during the clown show proceedings about January 6th, claiming to have seen evidence implicating criminal conduct on the part of Trump about Electoral College electors, yet this was also proven to be a lie.  In fact, Schiff wrote a book where he tried to profit off the events of January 6th, much of which is a total lie.  I have to post a particular bit of the book that made me throw up in my mouth, but will show you the depravity of Schiff's mind.  He is either pathological or so demented that he now believes his own lies.  I'm not sure which.  I got this excerpt from an interview that Charles Kaiser of the Guardian did with Schiff in 2020.  ‘A xenophobic autocrat’: Adam Schiff on Trump’s threat to democracy | Books | The Guardian.  This makes Kaiser look like a total tool as well.  The set up is an alleged conversation at an airport with a Republican, which is probably made up.

“You can tell me – there’s nothing to this ‘collusion stuff’, is there?”

It is a conversation which should put that question permanently to rest.

Schiff said: “What if I was to tell you that we had evidence in black and white that the Russians approached the Clinton campaign and offered dirt on Donald Trump, then met secretly with Chelsea Clinton, John Podesta and Robby Mook in the Brooklyn headquarters of the campaign … then Hillary lied about it to cover it up. Would you call that collusion?

“Now what If I also told you that after the election, former national security adviser Susan Rice secretly talked with the Russian ambassador in an effort to undermine US sanctions on Russia after they interfered to help Hillary win. Would you call that collusion?”

The Republican was convinced: “You know, I probably would.”

For Schiff, it was a “eureka moment”.

“Now,” he thought, “if I can only speak to a couple hundred million people.”

Schiff’s book should convince a few million more that everything he said about Trump was true – and that the country was exceptionally lucky to have him ready and willing to defend the tattered concept of “truth”

Kaiser, you poor fool, not a scintilla of it was true and Adam Schiff knew the whole time.  By this point, Rick Grenell had declassified most of the investigation into Russia and had shown Schiff's committee all the interviews with Obama's entire team that showed that they couldn't verify a single claim in the dossier.  I would never be able to stomach reading his book, but I'm willing to bet there are more lies than truths in there.  I'm nearly positive that the above conversation never took place, but only in Schiff's mind.  He was so delusional about getting Trump that he concocted a story where he came up with a clever anecdote to show how deft he was.  Bullshit, I say.  He should be made to pay back everything he took from the publisher for the deception he created.

Schiff also led the charge on the impeachment of Trump over the phone call with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy where he tried to pressure the Ukrainians to investigate the Bidens.  I personally didn't have much of a problem with the call, and in hindsight, Trump was totally correct in how corrupt the Biden's are.  Schiff still was overzealous in his prosecution of the impeachment and lied several times during those proceedings as well.   Schiff is a danger to the Republic.  His abuse of trust of his position is beyond corrupt.  His position on the House Select Committee on Intelligence, put him in possession of secret and sensitive information and he lied repeatedly on television, radio and newspapers, insinuating that he knew of damning information and would reveal it soon.  Not a word coming out of his mouth is to be believed and he has undermined the integrity of our government.  He went on television after his censure and said he would wear it as a badge of honor, when it is nothing of the sort.  He has been aided and abetted by the entire Democrat caucus in the House, who thoroughly embarrassed themselves by rallying behind him.  His enablers in the media continue to interview him and he plans on fund raising off of this whole mess.  He is the biggest example of why we are so divided as a nation.  No, friends, censure is too kind for Adam Schiff.  It will be no shock to me if he wins a senate seat in 2024 as the Democrats know no shame.  Afterall, they have gotten away with more high crimes and misdemeanors against our country in the last seven years than the rest of our history combined.  Why stop now?  It isn't completely burnt down yet.
