The Insidious 3

Our government is so far from what the Founders envisioned that they would probably, after crying for hours, call for armed rebellion to take it back.  I'm not advocating that, but it would be the only way to rescue us from the plutocracy that exists today.  Lobbyists, corporations, financial firms and the military industrial complex totally control everything today from the production to the foreign policy.  Inside this total disaster of confiscation are three financial entities that threaten your freedoms more than anything you've ever considered before.  They must not be allowed to continue as they have been or America is just a hollow and corrupted idea from the past.  Politicians have almost no power at all and if they want any perceived power, they must be owned by one of the giant corporations and hedge funds that own it all.   Black Rock, Vanguard and State Street are The Insidious 3 and they are eviscerating the American dream at such a dizzying pace that their takeover is nearly complete.  Now, financial power does tend to come and go and rogue politicians that have refused to be bought sometimes do pass bills that make what the Insidious 3 are doing illegal, but the power wielded by the Insidious 3 is more than we've ever seen before.  They control some $30 trillion in assets and basically own virtually everything.

Several years ago, the Insidious 3 took over control of 88% of the S&P 500.  Think about that for a minute.  Three massive financial firms, owned and controlled by progressive socialists who play capitalists because it bankrolls everything, bought up and control 88% of the top 500 publicly traded domestic companies.  The S&P 500 has always been considered the best measurement of our overall economy and market strength.  It's far, far worse than this, however.  The Insidious 3 are the majority shareholders in every media company, every food production company, every corporation in the Dow Jones, every health care provider and drug maker, and every aerospace and defense company of note.  They own more of Amazon than Jeff Bezos and more of Tesla than Elon Musk.  The sole reason why you've seen some terrible disasters in public image and marketing is because the Insidious 3 don't just own virtually everything you see, eat, buy and do, but they push their power on these corporations to do their bidding from a social and political ideology standpoint.  Bud Light and Target's massive transgender mistakes were made because the Insidious 3 pressured these companies to push the transgender agenda on their customers.  They are forcing all of the corporations they control to follow their climate change agenda as well.  DEI and ESG are being shoved down our throats and there is nothing you can do about it.  The average person goes around and calls the marketing departments and CEO's of these company's idiots and get them fired from time to time, but they are just sacrificial lambs.  Let's not be total fools, the lambs also completely believed in the DEI, ESG and transgender policies they were pushing, but they are expendable.  The Insidious 3 don't care about people.  To prove it, they are going beyond controlling just corporations and have started to takeover the domestic housing market.  If you've been trying to buy a house and suddenly a cash offer came in from an LLC and took the house you wanted, it was one of the Insidious 3's entities you lost to.   They are focusing on affordable housing too, which will make it harder for first-time and low income buyers to get a house.  So, they control the food you eat, the housing, the products you buy, the cars you drive, the media you consume, and literally everything else you do, see and buy.  Their only competition are foreign countries, like China, who are also trying to destroy our domestic food production and the media you consume.  The true bastard at the head of Black Rock, Larry Fink, came out publicly to say that he was going to punish companies that didn't go woke enough for his liking, and yes, he used the word "woke".  This is the kind of insidious and destructive power that dictators wield.  Using power to punish enemies is the stuff of banana republics and communist regimes and has no place in our financial markets.  It's more than financial markets though, it is every facet of your life and controlling the media means you will be kept blind, fat and stupid and won't even know what hit you.  Anthony Oliver's song has a lot to do with this, but he does misplace some of his angst by just going against greedy and feckless politicians north of Richmond.  It's the Larry Fink's of the world that are far more dangerous.  The only option you have is to divest yourself of these financial behemoths, but where do you go?  They own everything.  Several Republican governors have done just that by divesting their state's pension funds and it did cost Black Rock tens of billions, but it wasn't a dent.  If you noticed, when this happened, suddenly we saw commercials for Black Rock across television trying to convince you they were the all-American company.  Draping themselves in the flag and Americana all the while stripping you of your wealth and freedoms and shoving climate change, diversity and transgenderism down your collective throats.  In the background, Vanguard and State Street skated from the public scorn, but they were doing the exact same thing.  They won't escape here.

Black Rock has only been around since 1988, but by 2021 had amassed over seven trillion in assets.  Since then, they have nearly doubled it to $12 trillion.  The Insidous 3 have assets that equal half the size of the US economy.  They play both sides pretty well, by investing heavily in global warming policies and have a mission statement that is a copy of the Democrat's party platform, yet will invest in big oil and pretend to be capitalists only because it was the quickest way to mega wealth.  Mega wealth means ultimate control.  Larry Fink is Black Rock's founder and CEO and no one has done more to censor the media coverage of Hunter Biden's laptop story and Joe's bribery scandal than Fink.  In fact, I think he could be indicted for his connections to aiding and abetting the cover up.  Black Rock was firmly behind and helped fund the Defund the Police movement and Fink is an ardent open borders freak.  The top economic advisor to the Biden Administration and the top official at the US Treasury are both Black Rock employees, so Fink has inserted himself at the top of all financial doings within our government.  Not only that, his own board is chuck full of Obama advisors and staffers.  Larry Fink basically controls our entire country as he finances all of the Democrats deficit spending programs that keep Americans, for generations, broke and financially strapped.  For his graciousness, the Democrats increase his power by asking him to bail out Bear Stearns and Silicon Vally Bank, thus making him the undisputed ruler of wealth and power.  He is Emperor Palpatine.  Some of his Sith lords are George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg, who give hundreds of millions of dollars to Democrats and stand for, perhaps, even more progressive and socialist things than Fink does, but Fink is the ultimate power.  Black Rock's power has taken off, in part, because of their trading platform called, Aladdin.  The AI of Aladdin is impressive, but like all AI platforms is beyond dangerous.  To give you an example of what I mean I will take a direct quote from an article that did yeoman's work on this by Omkar Chitnis of ISBR Business School, posted on LinkedIn;

Every major bank and fund has come to rely on Aladdin and its all-powerful AI to beat the market, which raises several fundamental questions about the nature of our fragile financial system. 

Now that should scare the shit out of you.  Such power and none of the values everyday Americans have and demand of people who would wield such power.  He has the power to cripple our country at any point he wants.  He can crush any person by shutting you down financially and you have no power to stop him.  It's safe to say, he is the world's most powerful and therefore, dangerous person.  If there is any progressive and socially unacceptable policy aimed at ripping our country apart culturally or hurting us strategically, Larry Fink is behind it.  He really cannot be considered an American patriot by any stretch and his vast wealth and power is being used to tear American values down and are killing us from a strategic and defense standpoint against any and all adversaries.  He's perpetuated a racial divide that really didn't exist anymore with his DEI and Defund the Police advocacy, and he did it because without racial divide the Democrats have no power at all.  They must divide us any way possible in order to keep power and use all aggrieved racial and social groups as pawns and keep them angry all the time.  The more time people spend hating each other, the more blind they are to the stripping of their wealth and freedoms.  It's Democrat policy 101.  Larry Fink has abused his power.  He's the reason laws need to be written to restrict this kind of power, but he owns everyone who might stand up to him, so it will never happen.  He may have fulfilled his fiduciary responsibilities to his shareholders, but he has done more to destroy America than any other person, except perhaps George Soros.  It isn't written anywhere that just because you have the power, that you must use it to hurt people.  Larry didn't get that message.  Ultimate power corrupts and Larry Fink has stabbed every American in the back and abused a simple rule of humanity.  You will rot in hell for the decisions you are making, but millions of socialist Democrats will cheer you on until you're consumed by the flames of damnation.  Yeah, I don't like Larry Fink.

Vanguard has been the most disappointing of The Insidious 3.  I personally invested in Vanguard 25 years ago when I left a job and took my 401K funds with me.  My investments, that I did all on my own, did very well and I would often tout their company when talking to friends and colleagues.  Even when the Black Rock ESG scandal was erupting and I was calling my financial advisors and making them divest me of all Black Rock funds, I was blind to Vanguard's politics.  Shortly afterwards I learned of their involvement and didn't want to know the truth, but it was unavoidable.  They too had been taken over by insidious socialist policies and were helping ruin America in the process.   Their CEO Tim Buckley later pulled out of the Net Zero Initative, which lightened my burdened heart, because it stopped Vanguard from forcing ESG on its customers.  However, other similarities to what the great bastard Larry Fink was doing kept coming to light.  I do not want my financial institutions having any input into a company's social policies.  Nothing whatsoever to do with how they market themselves or what they push.  There must be a separation and yet Vanguard is the largest shareholder in Black Rock.  It's beyond pathetic that we allow this to happen.  Are they as much to blame as Larry Fink and some of his other officers?   I think so.  I can probably skip doing a paragraph on State Street because they are owned by Black Rock.  The largest investor in Vanguard....yeah, Black Rock.  All of these power brokers claim to be capitalists and because they run financial firms who invest and basically own everything in America, it would be hard to argue that, but their social and cultural advocacy says they are nothing short of dictators, pushing Americans in directions at least half of them would rather die before doing.  It is an abuse, but Democrats have abused all of our laws, morals and institutions for the past 7 years, at least.  They keep getting away with it.  No one pays for lying to the FISA Court, or spying on citizens or using the DOJ to harass their political opponents.  The criminals and those that bankroll them, get away.  It's exactly this kind of thing that keeps Donald Trump popular with the people.  No one else cares about them, least of all, Larry Fink.

Where does this all end?  I wish I knew.  The power The Insidious 3 have is beyond anything we've ever seen and though it's dominant in the US, they've spread their fingers all across the globe as well.  They have completed the bridge between government, media and the private sector and combined this with funding NGO's and non-profits in order avoid taxes and seize control of how the money is spent.  This vicious loop is self-perpetuating.  Take what the Insidious 3 did at Exxon as an example.  They forced a shake up of the board of directors and basically installed members who swore to take climate change seriously.  In effect, they forced a company to act against itself.  An energy company acting against itself is bad for you and me.  They will restrict themselves from producing more fossil fuel products and force Americans into much costlier and massively less efficient energy sources.  That hurts Americans and it also limits our choices, and less competition is bad for everyone.  The Insidious 3 are trying to change the fundamental policies that these companies run on in favor of liberal political views.  The reason why this could backfire, and let's hope it does, is that liberal political views almost never work, are more costly than the alternatives and are horribly unpopular with people because they are nearly always totalitarian in nature.  Democrats love forcing people to do things they would not voluntarily do.  They don't believe in free markets and after years of failure, this new way, by buying up control of everything and then forcing it upon you, gives you no options.  This just happens to be the Democrats energy policy.  Forced transition from everything that works and is affordable, to products like electric vehicles and renewable energy sources that don't work and are horribly expensive.  It not only makes you and me poorer and less secure, but ensures we'll be destroyed by China, Russia and Iran because we've weakened ourselves financially and morally.  Predictably, massive financial losses will result.  Losses the Insidious 3 will absorb for some time, but not forever.  Backlashes, like the one at Bud Light, become super important.  It's the only power, we the people, may have left.  Simply reject everything and vie for the options we like.  This gives entrepreneurs opportunities, which is how this country was built.  I think, and I truly mean this, that this strangle hold the Insidious 3 has, must be legislated out of existence.  As much as I hate more regulation, this is way too destructive to the very essence of this country to not do it.  Limiting the number of lead positions a firm can hold in any sector is probably the answer.  I don't want to stifle investment, but the Insidious 3 control too much and they've already over-stepped their bounds on the political demands they are making.  We are nearing a point where about a dozen or so people will control 80% of the entire economy.  if we don't break up this stranglehold, they will push through digital currency and then we will be nothing short of slaves.  The rich really took control during the pandemic, when the rest of us were restricted from everything.  The rich could do as they pleased.  While Americans were losing their jobs and businesses, the rich gobbled them up, then the oppressive liberal policies of the Biden Administration took hold, with crushing inflation and massive government spending.  This killed you and me as those cost increases were passed on to us and our incomes were held down.  The jackals at Black Rock, Vanguard and State Street seized on our weakness, with a green light from their toadies in government and bought up everything they could.  They said it was for your benefit, as your share prices increased too, but really they were strip mining your wealth, opportunities and access.  Now they are our gods, with supreme power.  As we wake up to this reality, they just look down from their ivory towers and say, "what are you going to do about it?"  We'll crush you, cancel you, take your jobs, your health care, your voice and your freedom.  Just shut up and continue hating each other and everything will be fine.  This is the Democrat Party, this is the Insidious 3.  Welcome to your new world.
